Privacy notice

Last updated: October 2, 2026. English translation for reference; the Spanish version prevails.

This notice explains how we process your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, published on March 20, 2025, and other applicable provisions. This is an English translation for reference; the Spanish version prevails.

1. Who is responsible

Santiago Palos Sánchez, an individual operating under the trade name PX Digital Studio (“PX”, “we”), is responsible for processing your personal data. Address for notices: provided upon written request to contacto@pxdigitalstudio.com. Contact for anything related to this notice: contacto@pxdigitalstudio.com.

This notice does not cover data collected by the websites we build for our clients: in those cases the client is the controller and PX only processes the data on their behalf.

2. What data we process

  • Identification and contact: name, business name, phone, email.
  • Information about your business: catalogs, photos, logos, prices, texts and the audio or messages in which you explain what you want.
  • Tax and payment: tax details (only if you request an invoice) and proof of your payments (bank transfer or, if you pay online, the name, email and reference shared by the processor).
  • Browsing on this site: cookie-free visit statistics (section 7).

We do not request sensitive personal data (health, origin, beliefs, biometric data, etc.). Please do not include it in what you send us. If your materials include other people's data, you declare that you have informed them and have their authorization to share it with us.

We do not collect card details. If you pay online on this site, your card is processed directly by Stripe; we only receive the payment confirmation.

Transfer to Google LLC for the use of Gemini (requires your consent)

To transcribe and organize the audio and documents you send us we may use Gemini, by Google LLC (United States), in its free tier. In that tier Google may retain that content, have it reviewed by humans and use it to improve its own products, under its terms. That is why we treat it as a transfer and will only do it if you expressly accept, by replying “I accept” to the message in which we ask. If you don't accept, we process your material without that tool at no extra cost. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contacto@pxdigitalstudio.com.

Others

WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, United States) is the messaging channel you choose to contact us; Meta processes your data under its own privacy notice. We share tax data with Mexico's Tax Administration Service when issuing an invoice, and with other authorities when required by law or a competent order.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as the service relationship lasts. After that, data supporting payments and invoices is kept for the period required by Mexican tax law (five years) and, where applicable, commercial law (ten years). Audio is deleted once transcribed and the requirements summary is approved. If you contacted us and did not hire us, we delete your data and materials twelve months after the last contact.

6. Your rights and how to exercise them

We will reply within 20 business days of receiving your complete request and, if applicable, apply it within the following 15 business days. The response is free of charge. You may also limit the use of your data or revoke your consent through the same procedure. If you believe your request was not handled according to the law, you may contact the Mexican data protection authority (Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno).

7. Cookies and tracking technologies

This site only uses one functional cookie named “idioma”, which remembers whether you prefer Spanish or English; it does not identify you and is not used for advertising. It also uses the Vercel Web Analytics script, which on each page load sends Vercel Inc. the page visited, the referring site, device type, browser, operating system and country (derived from your IP address). According to Vercel, the IP is not stored and each visit is distinguished by a temporary identifier discarded after 24 hours, so it cannot identify you or follow you across days or sites. You can block it with a content blocker or by disabling JavaScript, and the site will keep working. Details in the cookie policy.

8. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date. If the change is relevant, we will also notify you by email or WhatsApp, and if it requires your consent, we will ask for it.
